Overview
The U3800 Master Station, David Clark part number 18745G-01, is the central module of the David Clark Series 3800 Vehicle Intercom System, a wired, hands-free, full-duplex intercom engineered for communication in high-noise mobile environments. It powers the complete intercom network, adjusting automatically to a 12 V or 24 V DC supply, and carries the illuminated system on/off switch, an external 1 A slo-blo fuse holder and MS-type screw-on connectors for power (one) and system input/output (two). Two headset jacks with individual volume controls and a system master volume control accommodate up to two intercom-only headset positions; David Clark states it is compatible with all 3000 Series headsets and should be installed where a radio transmit function is not required.

Applications
