The 1EDN7512BXTSA1 gate driver IC is a single-channel low-side gate driver from Infineon’s 1EDN series, supplied in the manufacturer’s PG-SOT23-5-1 outline, a five-pin SOT-23 surface-mount package, with the XTSA1 suffix denoting the tape-and-reel ordering option. A low-side driver sits between a controller output and the gate of a power MOSFET or IGBT whose source is referenced to circuit ground.
