About the MR30-M AMASS DC Supply Connector
The MR30-M AMASS DC power connector is the male half of the MR30 series, supplied for DC supply connections. MR30 is one of the small polarised power connectors used in electric propulsion wiring, where the two halves are keyed so that a battery lead can only be joined to a load lead the right way round — an important property when the circuit is an unfused DC supply and a reversed connection is destructive. The M suffix identifies this as the male part of the mating pair, so the corresponding female part is ordered separately when a complete set is needed. Connectors in this class are supplied for soldered termination to the conductors and are then insulated at the joint.
