Overview
CF-BI-300-127 is Easy Composites’ 300 g/m² biaxial carbon fibre reinforcement in the 1270 mm width. It is a stitched non-crimp fabric in which Toray T700SC carbon tows are laid at +45° and -45° and held with a polyester stitching thread rather than woven, so the fibres stay straight for higher laminate stiffness. A +/-45° biax is typically combined with 0/90° woven plies to give a laminate a more balanced, quasi-isotropic fibre distribution, and it is compatible with epoxy, polyester and vinylester resins.
