About the 13006-90442 SLICE6 AIR DAS Module
The SLICE6 AIR is a miniature six-channel data acquisition module built by Diversified Technical Systems for airborne, aerospace and defence test instrumentation. Each module measures 42 × 42 × 13 mm and weighs 50 g, so it can be mounted on or inside small test articles without materially changing their mass or dynamics. Sensor inputs are universal, accepting bridge, IEPE, MEMS, voltage, thermocouple and RTD transducers, and a UART input allows RS232, RS422 and RS485 serial data to be captured alongside the analogue channels. Data can be recorded to 16 GB of onboard non-volatile flash at up to 400 k samples per second per channel, or streamed live over the 100 Mbps Ethernet interface at up to 20 k samples per second per channel. Timing is disciplined by IEEE 1588 PTPv2, IRIG-B or GPS/1PPS so that several modules can be merged onto a common time base.

Typical applications
