The code resolves to 10.2 Ω nominal (10R2) at ±1 % tolerance (code F), with a ±100 ppm/K temperature coefficient (code K) and e3 pure tin terminations. At this low a resistance the rated power is reached at roughly 110 mA, so current handling rather than voltage withstand governs where the part can be used.
