Overview
The MSO58B 5-BW-2000 is the eight-FlexChannel Tektronix 5 Series B mixed signal oscilloscope ordered with the 2 GHz bandwidth option. Each FlexChannel input accepts either one analogue signal, viewable as a waveform and/or a spectrum, or eight digital logic inputs when a TLP058 logic probe is attached, allowing up to 64 digital channels. The instrument uses 12-bit analogue-to-digital converters, samples at 6.25 GS/s on all channels with a 62.5 Mpoint standard record length, and presents results on a 15.6-inch full-HD capacitive touch display.
