This cas dh 150x150cm 1 5 metre platform is the 1.5 x 1.5 m, 5 tonne configuration of the CAS DH floor scale range from CAS of Korea. The platform is a powder-coated steel structure with a 5 mm deck thickness. Weight is shown on an XL 51 mm display, offered either as LED or as a backlit LCD, and the indicator is supplied on its own stand rather than requiring a separate wall or bench mounting. A 5 metre cable connects the platform to the indicator, giving enough separation to keep the operator and the readout clear of the load path. The indicator has a built-in rechargeable battery so the scale can continue working through a mains interruption or be used away from a socket. Across the wider DH range, platforms are offered at 1 x 1 m, 1.2 x 1.2 m and 1.5 x 1.5 m, with capacities from 500 kg to 5 tonnes and divisions from 100 g to 1 kg.

Typical applications
A 1.5 x 1.5 m deck takes a full euro or industrial pallet with overhang to spare, so it is used at goods-inward and despatch points where whole consignments are weighed rather than individual cartons. The 51 mm display height lets a forklift operator read the figure from the seat without dismounting. The 5 m cable and stand-mounted indicator allow the readout to be positioned outside the traffic path in a busy stores aisle.
