Overview
Pololu item 2737 is the LIS3MDL 3-Axis Magnetometer Carrier with Voltage Regulator. It breaks ST’s LIS3MDL digital magnetic sensor out to a 0.1 inch pin row on a 10 x 23 mm board, adding a 3.3 V regulator and level shifters so the module can be driven directly from a 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply and logic. Field strength is read as one 16-bit value per axis over I2C or SPI, with the full-scale range selectable in software.

Applications
