About the 116D Temperature and Humidity Data Logger
The 116D temperature humidity data logger records ambient temperature and relative humidity over an unattended period and stores the readings for later download. The temperature measuring range is -30 to 60 °C (-22 to 140 °F), with a stated accuracy of ±0.5 °C across the -20 to 40 °C band. Humidity is measured from 0 to 85%RH with a stated accuracy of ±3%RH. Internal memory holds 32,000 data points, and the logging interval is user-selectable from one second up to eighteen hours, so the same unit can be used for a short high-resolution study or a long unattended survey — at the longest interval the memory depth covers a very extended deployment, while at one-second sampling it captures short excursions in detail. Upper and lower temperature alarm limits can be configured so that an out-of-band excursion is flagged rather than only appearing when the data is reviewed.
