About the CB359 Click Bond Epoxy, 50ml Dual Cartridge
CB359 is a Click Bond epoxy adhesive supplied in a 50 ml dual cartridge. The dual-cartridge format holds the resin and hardener in separate parallel chambers at a fixed volume ratio and keeps them apart until the point of use, so the two parts are metered automatically as the plunger advances and are combined only on their way out of the cartridge. In practice the cartridge is loaded into a matching applicator gun and dispensed through a disposable static mixing nozzle, which removes the weighing and hand-mixing step that bulk two-part adhesives require and with it the most common source of off-ratio, under-mixed joints. Unused adhesive stays sealed in the cartridge behind a spent nozzle. Cure schedule, working life, colour, service temperature range and any qualification approvals are not reproduced here because they were not verified against the manufacturer’s current technical data sheet; these can be issued with the quotation.

Typical applications
Cartridge-dispensed structural epoxies are used for bonding fasteners, standoffs, brackets and cable-management hardware to prepared surfaces where drilling is undesirable, for bonded repair and secondary attachment work, and for assembly steps that have to be carried out in situ rather than at a bench. The 50 ml cartridge size suits point-of-use application and small batches of bonds rather than large-area bonding.
