About the Instapak Port Cleaner 7025AA-04 Pack
This is a maintenance consumable for Sealed Air’s Instapak foam-in-place packaging systems, supplied as a case of four aerosol cans. The 7025aa-04- instapak port cleaner pack is used on the dispensing head: the two liquid chemical components meet and react at the mixing module, and any residue left in the ports cures into rigid foam that restricts or blocks the flow path. Spraying the port cleaner through the head clears that residue so the next shot dispenses at the intended ratio and pattern instead of running lean, spitting or blocking the gun. Sealed Air lists the port cleaner as an accessory in its Instapak dispenser documentation, including the Instapak 901 machine manual.
