Description
Air hoses (also known as pneumatic hoses or air compressor hoses) are used to transport compressed air to pneumatic tools, nozzles, and equipment. Some air hoses can also transport other substances, such as water and mild chemicals. To produce custom hose assemblies, bulk air hoses can be trimmed to the desired length and compatible hose fittings can be attached to the ends of the hoses. Air hose assemblies have fittings on both ends of the hose and are ready to connect to equipment.
Couplings are mechanical components that join two parallel shafts so that one can drive the other at the same speed. A connection can be rigid or flexible, allowing for angular, radial, and axial misalignment of the two shafts.
