About the XT30UD-F Connector
The AMASS XT30UD-F is the female connector of the XT30 series, a compact polarised two-pin DC power connector family widely used for battery and ESC power connections in UAV and RC electric systems. XT30 connectors use 2 mm gold-plated brass bullet contacts housed in a keyed nylon (PA) body with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, so the plug can only be mated in the correct polarity. AMASS rates the XT30 family at 15 A continuous with 30 A momentary current, 500 V DC, with a recommended cable size of 18 AWG and an operating temperature range of -20 °C to +120 °C. The ‘UD’ variant in the part number is AMASS’s designation for this housing style within the XT30U family; contact geometry and series ratings are common to the XT30 platform.

Typical applications
