GEPRC GEP-BL32 50A 96K 4-in-1 ESC — BOLTON SKU 58196.
About the GEPRC GEP-BL32 50A 96K 4-in-1 ESC
The GEPRC GEP-BL32 50A technical component is a four-in-one electronic speed controller: four independent motor channels carried on a single board rather than four separate controllers wired individually into the airframe. An electronic speed controller converts the DC supply from the battery into the three-phase drive a brushless motor requires, commutating in step with the rotor and varying that drive in response to the throttle command it receives from the flight controller. The 50A figure is the per-channel continuous current rating, and 96K denotes a 96 kHz switching frequency on the motor output stage. The four-in-one layout cuts the wiring in the airframe considerably — the battery lead lands on one board, the four motor outputs leave from the board corners, and a single connector carries signal and telemetry to the flight controller stacked above. It also concentrates the heat from four channels in one place, so airflow over the board matters.

Typical applications
A 50 A per-channel four-in-one controller is sized for larger high-performance multirotors where peak motor currents are high. It is used where the build is a stacked flight-controller and ESC assembly rather than distributed single ESCs mounted out on the arms, which is the normal arrangement in compact racing, freestyle and cinematic airframes. The rating also provides headroom for heavier payload-carrying builds that spend a large part of the flight at high throttle rather than in short bursts.
