Description
XT90-F XT90 Connector, 45A, Max 90A — BOLTON SKU 67008.
About the XT90-F Connector, XT90 Female, 45A
The XT90-F is the female half of the AMASS XT90 DC power connector, the largest of the widely used XT battery-connector family. It uses 4.5 mm gold-plated brass bullet contacts in a polarised nylon (PA) shell that prevents reverse connection, and the keyed shell geometry mates only with other XT90 connectors, keeping high-current battery circuits separate from lower-rated XT60 and XT30 circuits in the same system. Published distributor data for the XT90 gives 90 A continuous and 120 A peak current handling, a recommended cable size of 10 AWG, a temperature range of -20 °C to +120 °C and a service life of about 1000 mating cycles. Note that BOLTON’s internal item name carries a 45 A / 90 A maximum annotation, which is lower than the published AMASS figures — confirm the rating required for your application at enquiry. Termination is by solder, suiting field assembly and repair of battery leads and power harnesses.

Typical applications
XT90 connectors serve high-current battery connections on larger UAVs, electric propulsion systems, battery chargers and DC power distribution in field equipment. They are the usual step up when XT60-class connectors are undersized for the load, and the female half is normally fitted to the battery side of a pack-to-airframe link.
