About the G-Plug Brush Wall Plate 84
A brush wall plate is a faceplate with an open aperture closed by a dense strip of flexible bristles. Cables are pushed through the bristles rather than through fixed grommets or holes, so any number of cables — and cables already carrying moulded connector heads that will not pass through a grommet — can be routed through a wall or panel opening without cutting or re-terminating them. The bristles close behind the cables, concealing the aperture and limiting dust and draught through the opening.
