The CRCW0805430RFKEA thick film resistor is a Vishay Dale D/CRCW e3 standard thick film chip resistor in the 0805 case size, rated 0.125 W at 70 °C. Its ordering code gives a nominal resistance of 430 Ω with ±1 % tolerance (code F), a ±100 ppm/K temperature coefficient (code K) and an e3 pure tin termination finish.
