This is a machined pin contact for D-subminiature connectors, terminated by crimping rather than soldering and covering a 20-24 AWG wire range. Crimp-contact D-Subs are preferred in harness work because individual circuits can be inserted and extracted from the insulator without reworking the whole connector.
