A solder sleeve terminates a cable screen in a single heating operation: the pre-placed solder ring flows onto the braid and the ground lead while the polyolefin sleeve shrinks down to insulate and seal the joint. This size takes a 1.7 mm bundle with a 22 AWG lead.
