Overview
The ICOM IC-A220 is a panel-mount VHF air band transceiver from ICOM’s IC-A avionics radio line. It operates in AM across the aeronautical communications band with switchable 8.33 kHz and 25 kHz channel spacing, delivers 8 W carrier power and runs from either a 13.8 V or 27.5 V DC aircraft supply. A high-contrast OLED display, grouped memory channels and a built-in intercom are standard.
