About the DN10W Dacell Panel Weight Controller
The DN10W panel weight controller is designed to operate with strain-gauge sensors, including load cells, pressure transducers and LVDTs, and is configured entirely from four push buttons on the front face. Conversion is handled by a 16-bit A/D stage giving high resolving power, with a stated precision better than 0.012% of full scale and a sampling rate of 100 readings per second, so the unit is suited to fast-changing as well as static measurements. A shunt calibration switch is built in, allowing the measuring chain to be checked against a known simulated load without applying a physical reference weight, and a watchdog circuit is included. The housing measures 96 × 48 × 128 mm and requires a 92 × 45 mm panel cut-out, following the standard 1/8 DIN panel-instrument footprint, with a unit weight of about 700 g. A 24 V power input option is available on request. Manufactured in Korea.
