The Remington Industries 42S2002.5 is the 2.5 lb spool size in the manufacturer’s 200 °C, 42 AWG polyesterimide magnet wire range. The fine-gauge copper conductor (0.0026 in nominal) carries a single build of THEIC-modified polyesterimide enamel meeting NEMA MW 74-C, giving a 200 °C thermal class. At this gauge the spool holds roughly 128,000 ft of wire, suited to production winding of miniature coils.
