About the Fluke 15B+ Digital Multimeter
The Fluke 15B+ is a handheld digital multimeter with a 4000-count display that updates three times per second and carries a white backlight for work in poorly lit bays and risers. As Fluke 15B Digital test equipment it measures DC and AC voltage on 4 V, 40 V, 400 V and 1000 V ranges, quoted at 0.5% + 3 digits on DC and 1.0% + 3 digits on AC over 40 Hz to 500 Hz, and DC and AC current to 10 A at 1.5% + 3 digits. Resistance spans 400 ohm to 40 Mohm and capacitance 40 nF to 1000 uF, with diode test and an audible continuity function. Safety rating is CAT III 600 V at pollution degree 2, ingress protection is IP 40, and the operating range is 0 to 40 degrees C. It runs from two AA cells with a minimum 500 hours of battery life, and the instrument measures 183 x 91 x 49.5 mm and weighs 455 g.

Typical applications
