Part number 31091 is an uninsulated crimp ring terminal from the TE Connectivity SOLISTRAND family, a long-established range of terminals and splices for solid and stranded wire. TE’s product data identifies 31091 as a ring-tongue terminal accepting 22–16 AWG wire in commercial applications (22–18 AWG under military derating).
