About the RF316-02RP1-07BJ1-0140 RF Cable, MCX-SMB 140mm
This item is the 140 mm version of the RF316-02RP1-07BJ1-0140 RF cable assembly, fitted with an MCX right-angle plug on one end and an SMB5 straight jack on the other. The extra 40 mm over the shorter variant in the same family is what allows the cable to be routed around an intervening board, bracket or connector rather than run point to point. The MCX end is a right-angle body, so the cable turns immediately at the connector and lies along the surface it is plugged into; the SMB5 end is a straight jack. Both interfaces are push-on types, so the assembly is mated by hand without a torque wrench, and both are keyed only by their bodies rather than by a threaded coupling.
