About the UGREEN 20884 USB 3.0 A to USB-C
The 20884 USB 3.0 to USB-C cable is a UGREEN lead (also catalogued as US184) with a USB 3.0 type-A male connector at one end and a USB-C male connector at the other, in a 2 m black jacket. Built to the USB 3.0 specification, it supports data transfer at up to 5 Gbit/s. The connector shells are nickel plated and the conductors are tin-plated copper, with aluminium foil and a braid layer providing shielding along the cable. A 56 kilohm pull-up resistor is fitted in the type-C end, which is the value the USB Type-C specification requires on a legacy type-A to type-C cable so that the attached device requests a safe charging current from a standard USB-A host or charger.
