The N262-06N-BK Cat6A Shielded RJ45 Ethernet Cable is a Tripp Lite (Eaton) patch cord in a short 152.4 mm (6 in.) length, finished in black. It is a Cat6a shielded (STP) construction rated for 10 Gbps Ethernet, with the shielding helping to limit the effect of electrical line noise on adjacent equipment and data. Both ends carry moulded, snagless RJ45 male connectors: the snagless design protects the locking tabs during installation and removal, shielded connector ends help manage near-end crosstalk, and integral strain relief reduces stress where the cable meets the plug. The cable also supports Power over Ethernet, so it can carry power to compatible PoE devices. The manufacturer states that each cable is individually tested and certified.
