About the A5009 Hakko Brush Tips with Cap
The Hakko A5009 Tip Brush with Cap pack contains five replacement brush tips, each supplied with a cap, for the Hakko FS-210 refillable pen-type flux dispenser. The A5009 is the manufacturer’s designated spare tip for the FS-210 range: a fine nylon brush that meters liquid flux onto the work as the pen body is squeezed. Hakko notes that these nylon pen tips resist splitting in use, which keeps the flux line consistent over the tip’s service life. Fitting a fresh tip restores precise application when a brush becomes worn, contaminated with oxidised flux, or when switching a pen between flux chemistries; the supplied caps protect tips and limit flux evaporation between uses. Genuine Hakko spares maintain the dispensing behaviour the FS-210 was designed around.
