The D0000003B ESD solvent dispenser is a bench-top dispensing bottle for isopropyl alcohol and comparable solvents, supplied in blue with a cap and rated at 8 oz capacity, approximately 237 ml. Its defining feature is the static-dissipative construction: an ordinary polyethylene squeeze bottle can accumulate and hold a charge as solvent flows through it, which is unacceptable at a bench handling static-sensitive assemblies, so dispensers intended for ESD-protected areas are moulded from conductive or dissipative material rather than standard plastic.
